We’re a small, agile consumer insight agency.

We’re here to help retailers and brands refine how they interact with customers. We do that through reasoned, researched insight – finding out what people say and do to help understand how they think and buy.

We’re pragmatic about it, though, and don’t rely on convoluted academic theories or psychology textbooks. That’s not to say the thinking isn’t there, but being abstract’s nowhere near as powerful as being able to see every customer touchpoint on a display in a week, or watching traffic patterns over a busy Saturday morning. If you’re making decisions on how to improve shoppers’ experiences, it makes sense to work from hard data.

As a consultancy, we’re small and nimble. Founder Emma Runciman manages all our accounts, giving you a single point of contact who knows your project inside out.

We know our strengths and won’t over-extend ourselves or promise what we can’t deliver. What we can do, though, is recommend trusted associates to bring particular skills if a project demands them, from design work to store fittings.
