Without interference we record what they touch, look at, try on and buy, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave. Our in-store researchers plot all these details and more on our tracking sheets as a series of lines, pause points and detailed notes, including timings.

From the shopper tracking data, we’ll show you where the hot and cold spots in a store are, and find ways to manage that flow. We’ll tell you if your messaging is in the right place, or if people are too busy shopping to read it. And we’ll give you ways to optimise your store for different market groups: young or old, male or female, casual browsers or brand fanatics…
